The Group started off in 2017 with SNAPP CV, a 'mobile job board with a difference'. SNAPP was conceived by Natasha Makhijani & Akash (Ash) Daswani whom both had been working in the Recruitment sector for over 25 years between them. Ash realized that there was a huge gap in the market where very few were addressing the missing space of convergence between Recruitment & Software.
The idea was to make applying for a job quick and easy and all as the name suggests in a 'SNAPP!'. As the product is continually being updated with the helpful feedback from its Founders (see various sites) the product journeyed down its product road map. In 2018 SNAPP InView had launched a complete end-to-end Video interviewing platform that would allow Hiring Managers to process applications received from SNAPP or any other means to invite candidates to attend online interviews. In late 2018 it was decided that VidEmploy be re-branded under the SNAPP CV banner and hence SNAPP InView was born.
With the exciting prospect of offering the complete end-to-end recruitment solution online, increasing hiring recruiting efficiencies, and reducing costs, time, and people management, the Group was formally created. In July 2019 the Group attained PLC status.
After 3 years in product development SNAPP CV, RESUME & InView were fully tested and operational, Founder Members who were good enough to take the time to test the products, were pleasantly surprised with the UI (design) and ease of use.
The Group has now officially launched with Sales teams being set up Worldwide with a presence in 4 countries and growing, the Brand is now progressing down its journey, with the support of some fantastic people.
Today we have 25 million candidates registered Worldwide, over 160,000 jobs listed, and our app or skill can be accessed on over 100 million Smart TVs, Amazon Alexa devices, and any Android or Apple mobile device, oh and not forgetting any PC or MAC including tablets!

Snapp CV is available on the Apple and Android stores
You can create a company Micro-site (profile page), which allows you to explain more about what your business values are.
This is done both with a text description and a video introduction. Furthermore, you can attach a job-specific video to each individual role (with the job description).
With our unique In-house posting function, only users who sign in with a company email address will have access to view the roles, and will not be able to see roles from other organisations.
SNAPP INVIEW - PRE-RECORDED VIDEO INTERVIEWS
Snapp InView is an on-demand, video interviewing software.
It allows you to interview a large number of candidates all at the same time, without someone being on the other end.
It saves businesses time and money on their hiring, and aims to remove the restraints of time zones, missed interview slots, the commute to attend and costs for travel

However, with Snapp Inview, you have access to unlimited interviews that can be conducted all at the same time.

Now using the latest Amazon Alexa equipment you can now find yourself a job, candidates can log onto Amazon Alexa via TV's or their very own Amazon device. The skill had over 90,000 downloads in two months.
Using the Amazon Alexa device, they can now search for a job by simply asking ‘Alexa find me a job’ they can scroll through over 160,000 jobs available worldwide on over 100 million devices. You as an employer now get that exposure via Snapp CV & Snapp Resume.
